Show Annual Ber children's party Tuesday Visit by Santa, free movie set Berg Mortuary's traditional I Christmas party for children will be given Tuesday, December Decem-ber 24 at 2 p.m. at the Villa Theatre. Children of the fourth and fifth grades are invited to be g-uests of the firm at this time. I There will be entertainment, ' m-ize drawing of stuffed ani- mals, dolls, and transistor ra-' ra-' dios given. A movie, "Trouble With Angels" will be shown and Santa Claus will be on hand at the conclusion of the show to hand out treats to those attending. Mrs. Lewis Bird will lead the children in singing Christmas carols and Byron Jensen will be there with his beautiful organ selections. 48! h party The Tuesday party will mark the 48th year that the Berg Mortuaries of Provo, Orem and Springville have sponsored Christmas parties for the .children .chil-dren of Utah Valley. Many of the parents of the 3500 children child-ren to be entertained this year have been guests of Christmas parties of years previous. Months of preparation goes into in-to the planning of the party so that children's faces will light up with the happy association and entertainment provided by the long established Berg tradition. tra-dition. The mortuaries are always decorated in keeping with the fine Christmas tradition and reflect part of the planning for the annual Christmastime. |
