Show Educator addresses Alpha Beta Club Mrs. Ruth K. Hammond, clinical instructor and demonstration demon-stration teacher at BYU education educa-tion center, gave an interesting talk at the meeting of the Alpha Al-pha Beta Club Friday, at the home of Mrs. B. F. Krause. Her remarks centered around children with learning disabilities. disabil-ities. By 1975, there will be 75 million school-age children in the country and 12 million will be handicapped, she noted. Many are not aware of the 'earning disabilities until the children enter school. A large nercent can be helped if the deficiencies are noted early, she seated. Mrs. Earl Goates, president, was in charge of the meeting and asked Mrs. George Roy-innce Roy-innce to lead in the pledge to the flag. The president also re-norted re-norted on the Legislative Council Coun-cil meeting at Provo, in which Mx Kerr of the stnte tax commission and F'ovd Harmer, i chairman of the Utah County! Commission, discussed the current cur-rent tax assessment problem in Utah County, specifica'ly in Orem and Provo. I Commemorating National Kchiction Week, Mrs. W.
