Show Coming events Eye clinic Parents of pre-school children child-ren are reminded of the free eye clinic at Memorial Hall from 9 a.m. to noon today. PTA meet All parents of junior high school students are reminded of the "Back to School" program pro-gram Friday, when students will stay home and parents will attend school, beginning at 9 a.m. Lions Club The Lions Club meeting at 7:30 p.m. tonight will include a program in charge of the Safety Committee, with Ashley Ash-ley Graham as chairman. Other Oth-er members of the committee are James Damico, Arvil Ence and Marty Perrero. Kiwanis Club A Swedish student at BYU, Miss Monica Manell will be the speaker at Kiwanis at 7 p.m. tonight, at Memorial Hall, announces an-nounces Presid ent LaMar Weight. The program is under direction of the International Committee with Shirl Barnett acting as toastmaster. The speaker will tell of customs and traditions of her country. Springville Federated Music Club Mrs. Arthur Boyer will entertain en-tertain members of the Springville Spring-ville Federated Music Club at the Brookside School at 8 p.m., Friday. The first lesson of the new study course, "A Treasury of American Folk Music," will be given by Mrs. Brent Packard. |
