Show GUNLOCK QVXLOOK, Sept. 29. Bishop F. J. Bowler has been on the preserve looking for cattle the past few days. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Leavitt and his mother made a business busi-ness trip to Hurricane last week. The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Neilson has been very ill, but is reported to be improving. Mr. and Mrs. Has Hafen of Mesquite are spending a few days here. Several of our men folks are in Ox valley harvesting corn and beans. Mr. and Mrs. John H. Bowler Bow-ler of Veyo spent Sunday here. Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan R. Hunt's small son, Reed, had his hand badly cut with glass last week. He was taken to St. George for treatment. Albert Bunker of Veyo was here Saturday on business. Mr. and Mrs. James Huntsman, Hunts-man, Mrs. Ollie Tyler and son, Ora, of Los Angeles, and Mrs. R. Hannig of Logandale have been here visiting. They left on Tuesday for Salt Lake City where they will attend conference. Mrs. Jeremiah Leavitt accompanied them. |
