Oswald, has been called to serve in the Philipping Baguio mission. He will enter the Missionary Training Center April 28. A farewell testimonial will be held at the Vernal Second Ward at 10:45 a.m. April 24. Bill is a 1982 graduate of Uintah High School. He has been working the past year with Swain's Security.
