He did not go into deep water, but was standing in the water waist deep, playing with a dog, when his friends saw him suddenly throw up his hands and fall. They took him out of the water immediately and tried to resuscitate him, but in vain. The matter under consideration is the changing of the Dragon mail route to ' Price, that is, our mail would then come from Price through the reservation reser-vation to Vernal instead of Dragon. This would be of a grand advantage to the reservation, and it would also establish a direct route between the reservation and Vernal, but it might mean slower mail to Vernal.
