Show CRC Colo. Well plans $1 million expansion CRC Colorade Well, Inc., formerly Colo. Well Service Inc., Rangely, Colo., has made a $1,000,000 commitment to well service in the Overthrust Best according to Julius Poole, president. The first step has been the purchase of 40 acres in Evanston, Wyoming, one-half one-half mile north of the Evanston Airport on Highway 89. The company, which performs oil and gas well drilling, completion, workover and servicing in Wyoming, I Colorado, Idaho and Utah, will open the yard with two medium-duty rigs and a new $100,000 building. Ry the end of the first year CRC Colorado Well forecasts an annual payroll of $250,000 for the nine men who will be assigned to Evanston. CRC Colorado Well operates 25 rigs, which include rigs capable of drilling to 13,500 feet and performing workover to 25,000 feet. In a recent expansion of Crutcher Resources Corporation into the Rocky Mountain area, Colo. Well Service Inc. became an operation of the CRC Petroleum Services division of Crutcher, Crut-cher, and oil and gas services and pipeline equipment firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. |
