Show RETURN TO NEVADA G. E. Walker and wife, Agnes, left Friday for their home in Los Vegas, Nevada after visiting in Moab the past month. They enjoyed many fishing trips in the La Sals and Monticcllo. They were also entertained at dinners and Canasta parties while here visiting mother, Mrs. Bcula Caillet. f 4 ' .. - i i t f Many Years of Service Gean Leavitt, Range Technician in the Grand Resource Area, Moab District, BLM, will retire Oot. 8th after more than 30 years of service, according to Area Manager Lee K. Wangsgard. Mr. Leavitt has been involved with the management of all rresources on National Resource Lands in Grand and San Juan Counties. He and his wife, Lettie, came to southeastern Utah in 1958 from Fielding, Utan where Gean worked in the now-abolished Brigham City District of the BLM. Upon retirement the LeavlttS plan to return to Fielding where they own a farm. |
