Show I ; ll ; n ' y I Opinions Soughf on New Power Plants Utah Power & Light Company Com-pany Monday announced that it has employed the Wasatch Opinion Research Corp. to survey public opinion in southern Idaho regarding con struction ot a power plant. I he company said that the independent inde-pendent interviewers of Wasatch Wa-satch will be talking with a representative sample of people peo-ple to determine attitudes toward construction of a coal-fired steam generating plant similar to the one Utah Power & Light constructed in Huntington, Utah. (See picture) pic-ture) According to a company spokesman, UP&L makes periodic per-iodic surveys of this nature throughout its general service area, and has neither selected a specific Idaho site nor made any specific plans as to plant size or completion date.
