I ' J- - - v i i f I Rodney Phillips receives the Golden Eagle of the American Buildings Co., from Roger Ruff of Broomfield, Colo., district sales manager for A. B.C. The eagle was presented to Phillips Construction Co. following placement of orders for six metal buildings during the last two months. The first of these, a body shop for Rick Thompson, will soon be completed on South Highway 163 near Holyoak Lane. First load of buildings arrives The first load of three metal building was delivered to Phillips Construction last week and will soon be set up. The American Buildings Company is a firm which has shown remarkable growth during its relatively short corporate life. It is now the fourth largest manufacturer of pre-engineered metal buildings build-ings in the world. An entire line of farm buildings is now being offered. These farm buildings can be erected, complete com-plete with sliding door, for less than $3.50 per square foot. American Buildings Company is offering these buildings to farmers and ranchers for the purpose of parking equipment or storing crops and feed. The main office of American Buildings Co. is located at Eufaula, Ala., with plants in Iowa, Alabama, Ohio, Massachusetts, Mass-achusetts, and overseas in Austria. Land has been purchased pur-chased on the west coast where a plant for the western states will soon be located. |
