Show ANDERSON BEATS THUG INTO COMA OGDEN, Fb. 2. When V. J. Anderson Ander-son was accosted by a wouldbe holdup Monday night, he beat up the thug and left him unconscious on the pavement while he went In search of the police. Cpon returning to the scene of battle, bat-tle, however, the footpad had di nappe nap-pe a red. leaving blood on the pavement as evidence that he had grot the worse of the engagement. Andsrson was walking along Twenty-seventh Twenty-seventh street west of Wall avenue, when a man stepped in front of him fum behind a tree. The command to throw up his hands was met quickly with a blow on the Jaw which felled the holdup. Then Anderson administered adminis-tered the thrashing. |
