Show CONSTITUTION DRAFTED FOR PRESIDENTS CLUB. , The first draft of the constitution ef the Presidents club, which was organised or-ganised yesterday afternoon at the University of UUh. will be drawn up by the constitutional committee Friday, Fri-day, according to Henry Baddley, chairman of the committee. "One of the main questions to bo derided In drawing up tbe constitution constitu-tion will be whether or not a president representing more than one organisation organisa-tion shall have as many votes as his number of clubs allows him. At th meeting yesterday there was about equal opinion on this matter. Those men who represent two and three; clubs argue for as many votes as dubs, while a number of those repre-, aentlng one organisation debate In favor fa-vor of a single vote for everybody." Alfonso Thorum was elected president presi-dent of the Presidents' club yesterday with the added stipulation that this office should automatically go to the student body president each year. Miss Uolda Hyde, president of the Chi Omega sorority, was named vice president presi-dent for ths women, while Dae Prouae, president of the Commerce club, wss made vice president for the men. Lynn Raybould was made secretary-treasurer. |
