Show Funeral Pends For Army Flier Funeral services for Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth C Decker, 45, killed In the crash of an army air corps plane at La Crescents. Cal., Sunday, were being arranged in Los Angeles Tuesday. Lieutenant Colonel Decker, army air corps reserve pilot, and Lieutenant Lieu-tenant Theodore j. Stelner were killed when their army plane crashed during a forced landing. They were on a regular army flight when the mishap occurred. Lieutenant Colonel Decker was born In Salt Lake City June 6.1 1894, and moved to Provo with hL parents, when he was 6 years old. Later he was In the wholesale Jewelry business in Salt Lake City. He moved to Loa Angelea la 1926. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fera Decker, and a sister. Miss Olive Decker, of Salt Lake City, are In Los Angeles assisting with funeral arrangements. |
