Show MANY HAPPY RETURNS- President of West J or dan L Stake Too Busy for Hobby Well known In Salt Lake county for his interest in L. D. S. church affairs is Vernal C. Webb, president presi-dent of the West Jordan stake, who observes his birthday anniversary anni-versary today. Born In Riverton, he resided there until about six months ago, when he moved to West Jordan. He is an apartment house owner and formerly was in the automobile automo-bile business. He was bishop of the Riverton L. D. S. First ward for more than 10 years, but he was released not long ago so he could devote more time to his duties as stake president. "I really don't have time for a hobby," he said, "as my business interests and church duties keep me busy." He'll have dinner this evening with Mrs. Webb and their three daughters, Maureen, 15; Dolores, 12. and LaRue, 11.
