Bid to Play In Bowl Tilt The University of Utah athletic council Tuaaday morning Reclined a bid to meet San Jose State in a "Prune bowl" fame at San Jose, Cat, New Year's day, according to a spokesman for the council. Several reasons were advanced by the council in declining the offer, of-fer, the spokesman said.
