Within two years they dedicated the Tombigbee's new "Rooster bridge." BLIND BEAITICIAM ... Dorothy Glass lost her eyesight at the age of six. Dorothy attended public schools for eight years. She took a course of study at the California school for the blind, graduating in 1919. Turning to the study of beauty culture, Miss Glass soon opened a small beauty shop of her own in Manteca, Cal., employing a single operator to assist her in permanent waving, manicuring and other special jobs. Today, at Sonora, Cal.. she owns a larger shop, employing three operators, and Is active herself In giving scalp treatments, facials and shampooing.
