Show CAPT. EYSTON SAILING HOME NEW YORK, Dec. 9 The king of world speeds wants to "go back to Utah next year and kirk up the dust" Captain George E. T. Eyston. before sailing for his home in England En-gland today, said he had high hopes of setting another new speed record on the Utah Bonneville Bonne-ville salt flats in 1938, asserting: "I think my car has more in it than I have got out of it so far." Captain Eyston took with him the huge "Thunderbolt" In which he sped 311.42 m.p.h. in Utah last month to break Sir Malcolm Campbell's record of 301.12 m.p.h. |
