Clarence Beck, labor counsel, said after filing the complaint. com-plaint. - Refusal Charged I The union charges the Larsen i Brothers Transportation company, which operates Green and De Luxe cabs, with violating the Utah labor relations act by refusing to bargain collectively with an organisation representing a majority of the company's com-pany's employes. The complaint alleges the contract con-tract entered Into July 1. after a city-wide taxi strike, expired November No-vember 1 and that the company has refused since that date to bargain bar-gain collectively or otherwise or to enter Into A new agreement.
