WOOL MART LAGS ON FIRUmCES BOSTON, Auj. 30 CfWTha Commercial Com-mercial Bulletin will say tomorrow: Ths wool markat continues very quiet. Semioccftslonsi sales are reported re-ported her and there, but for small quantities, and the surface indications indica-tions are that the market is weaker. Possibly there has been a slight tendency to let wdol f o in small lots at barely firm prices, but the undertone un-dertone of the market Is exceedingly exceeding-ly strong and any effort to move wool In a large way would find prices very firm. The foreign markets are exceedingly exceed-ingly strong. Bradford reports the price of wool agnst ths buyer. Evidently Evi-dently prices will rule firm at the opening of the new Australian Mason Ma-son August 30, although some think there will be an easier tone develop later as supplies increase. In the west buying has been sporadic spo-radic at prices showing little change. The piece goods market, which Is the real key to the situation, Is very dull and disappointing.
