Show R. T. Porte's Will Studied For Interpretation by Court A plenary suit to adjudicate the will of the late R. T. Porte, publisher, pub-lisher, came before Third District Court Judge Roger L McDonough Friday. The action waa brought by Tracy Loan A Trust company aa plaintiffs plain-tiffs against Hazel G. Sherrig and others for court interpretation of the trustee's method of distributing assets provided by the will. The trust company, aa trustee, is seeking seek-ing authority from the court to distribute dis-tribute the assets as various clauses of the wilt are interpreted by the court and to determine legal procedure in management and distribution dis-tribution ef the estate, f ' Mr. Porte, who died July 21, 1838, was an Internationally known publisher pub-lisher of a printers' catalogue. Under terms of the will, 39 per cent of the entire assets In stock of two corporations, the Porte Publishing Pub-lishing company and the Porte Press, were left to company employes. em-ployes. The balance in stock was willed to surviving heirs and there were other bequests to the Salt Lake City Community Chest the Masonic foundation and the Unitarian society soci-ety of Boston. Mass.
