Show BIG PLANT TO PRODUCE POWER Trust Deed for $750,000 on the Intermountain Power Company. Arrangements have been made by the Intermountain Power company of Nevada Ne-vada for the securing of $750,000 to be used to construct reservoirs and power plants in Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. This company proposes to supply electrical energy to the mines and smelters in Salt Lake valley. A trust deed to the Capital Savings & Trust company of Columbus, O., dated July 1. 1905. securing first mortgage mort-gage 6 per cent gold bonds, payabledn twenty-five years, has been filed with the County Recorder. The money from these bonds Is to be used for the construction con-struction work. j The company, which is composed of local men, will construct a number of reservoirs In the Cottonwoods. These, it is said, will Increase the water supply sup-ply by holding the heavy spring waters and regulating the flow so that Salt Lake City's water supply will be increased. in-creased. J. J. Chambers is president; W. J. Craig, vice-president: C. O. El-lingwood. El-lingwood. treasurer; Bismarck Snyder, Sny-der, secretary, and these with Gideon Snyder and K. J.
