Show WANAMAKER AND UTTER ADDRESS THE Y. M. C. A. NEW YORK, Nov. 17. Gov. Utter of Rhode Island and John Wanamaker of Philadelphia were the principal speakers at the annual dinner of the International committee of the Y. M. C. A. last night. Prominent men from alt parts of the United States were present, while the foreign representation included delegates from Canada, Japan and India. Gov. Utter spoke of the duty of . the Christian with regard to the ballot, declaring de-claring that all Christian men should take an active interest In the party causes. Mr. Wanamaker commended the work of the Y. M. C. A. In the past, and said the future fu-ture offered great opportunities, not only in this country, but in China, India and Japan. |
