A Davis en en route to El Ely Eli Nev from rom Cedar City and belonging to the Commission company of at Cedar City ran into the passenger car driven drive e en by Herbert Smith who with Mrs Smith and Dr and Mrs J. J M. M Smith of ot Mo were returning home from a vacation trip about 50 miles mUes w west st of here at a point on the Victory highway called Greyback Wednesday night Bight about 11 All AU four passengers in the Smith car received severe body bruises and andS S scratches and shock and their car was was badly damaged Davis was unhurt un tin- hurt The Smith car was thrown into the borrow pit Sheriff Sherm A. A O O. Evans vans investigated the accident
