Show Air Travel Fellowships Air travel fellowships in the form of special low rates on U.S. airlines flying international routes have been proposed by J. Parker Van Zandt, director of Aviation Research for Brookings Institute. He suggests that at certain times of the year on transoceanic air trips there will be a percentage of unoccupied seats, v Teachers winning a scholarship should obtain ob-tain these seats at a nominal fee on a "when and as available" basis. Thus they could spend six or more weeks of study and travel trav-el abroad in a number of foreign lands at a small cost. |
