After the show the members rode their wheels to the home of Joyce Ollerton, where lunch was served and then they proceded to the home of Miss Shirley Hansen Han-sen at Mapleton and then to the home of Miss Maurine Bird, refreshments re-freshments being served at each place. The girls spent the night at the Bird home and the following follow-ing morning, the new members had to cook breakfast for the older girls. During the party, the club elected elec-ted Joyce Ollerton, president; Maurine Bird, vice-president and Dorothy Hansen, secretary. Attending the party were the following initiated members: Carol Bird, Carol Francis, Eleanor Elea-nor Harmer, Gwenda Hafen, Kay Kendall, Joyce Parks, Pauline Kelly. The older members included: Ruth Holley, Dorothy Holley, Joan Hurst, Shirley Hansen, Connie Con-nie Warren, Maxine Robbins, Joyce Harmer, Maurine Bird, Joyce Ollerton and Dorothy Hansen. |
