Show GENEVA FREIGHT ' RATE HEARING SET OCT. 18-25 Final hearing will be conducted in San Francisco, Oct. 18 to 25 by the Interstate Commerce Commission Commis-sion on reduction of freight rates as requested by the Geneva Steel Company, more than a year ago, Paul Sullivan, public relations director for Geneva reports The ICC has been conducting hearings in Washington, D. C, on the rate reduction for the past year and a half, Mr. Sullivan said. And although the reduced rates have been in effect for a similar period, the hearing in San Francisco will be to get final certification cer-tification from the ICC, he said. Howard N.
