Show Mapleton vs. Sixth In Crucial MMen Tilt Tonight; 3rd, 2nd Play Game Set For 8 P. M.; Winner Favored To Take Crown; Third And Second Play At 7 P. M. Mapleton and Sixth Ward M Men will tangle tonight in the local gym at 8 p. rn., in a crucial game that, in all probability, will determine who will represent Kolob stake in the district M Men tourney, Feb. 21, 22, 23, and 24, at Payson. Third and Second wards will play at 7 o'clock. Mapleton and Sixth have each lo.st one game, while First and Third have won three each to tie for second place. Both games should be close and Interesting battles. Saturday night, Feb. 3, Second and First will play at 7 p. m., with Third meeting Mapleton at 8 p. m. All M Men games are free to the public. Last Thursday night, Sixth ward defeated Second 28-18 in a slow, defensive game. Third upset First 33-34 in a spirited tussle. First held a three-point lead with some four minutes to go. Third, led by Salisbury and Bissell, counted count-ed a basket and then went ahead in the last two minutes to sew up the game. Fullmer, Pierce and Nielsen counted high for the losers. los-ers. Saturday night, Second ward dropped its contest to Mapleton and Reese Mower 46-14. Mower tallied 17 points to singly count more than the losers and played a nice floor game. Fox counted six for the losers. Sixth defeated First 52-33 in the highest scoring game to date. The Sixth warders played nice ball in the last half but had difficulty diffi-culty in the opening quarter. Walker played well for First, scoring scor-ing 16 counters.
