Show ' Their Motto: Keep Up ;' Interest, Stay Young Age knows no limit when it comes to a group of women enjoying en-joying a get-together. This has been in evidence recently when several women ranging from 70 to 81 enjoyed themselves exchanging invitations for a Sunday dinner or a day together sewing, chatting, or reading. The next social planned is on Sunday, March 25, when Mrs. Viola Allan is giving a dinner to celebrate one of their birthdays. It will also be a farewell party for Mrs. Sarah Dalton, who is leaving for a visit in California. Included in the group are, besides Mrs. Dalton, Dal-ton, Mrs. Ellen Crandall, Mrs. Viola Allan, Mrs. Jane Wagner, Mrs. Esther Crandall, Mrs. Delia Harris. Recently the ladies enjoyed the the Black Hawk having planned to attend in a group and to invite others to join them. As a result, twelve "young" widows had supper together and stayed on to enjoy i the program and dance. In addition to those named, invited to join them at the Black Hawk were, Mrs. Henrietta Har-mer, Har-mer, Mrs. Minnie Oakley, Mrs. Mary Mellor, Mrs. Hannah Barker, Mrs. Jane Ashley and Mrs. Eu-dora Eu-dora Jensen. |
