Show w Geneva Official To Address Kiwanis Tonight Wilson Thomas, representing the Geneva Industrial Training Department, De-partment, will address the Kiwanis club at their regular dinner meeting meet-ing this evening beginning at 7 p.m., at Chicken Roost. Berton Groesbeck will be toastmaster for the evening, the preliminaries to be in charge of President Frank Cran-mer. Cran-mer. In connection with his talk, Mr. Thomas will show two short films entitled, "Make Mine Freedom" Art Banquet During March the Springville Kiwanis club will send delegations (Continued on page two) 1 Geneva Official To Address Kiwanis (Continued from Page One) to all other Kiwanis clubs in the state to invite them to the annual an-nual Art banquet to be held in April. Written invitations have already gone out to the 26 member clubs in Utah and these will be followed fol-lowed by personal invitations in the form of a visit by members of the Springville club. About 400 are expected to attend at-tend the banquet which will be held in the Memorial hall. As a guest door prize, an oil painting by a Utah artist will be presented, and afterwards, members and guests will be conducted on a tour through the annual April Art exhibit ex-hibit at the hisrh school. |
