Show LOVETT OUTLINES RAILWAY POLICIES NEW YORK, July 1 3. Suggestions to members of congress for "a sound solution solu-tion of the railroad problem," by Robert S. Regarding rate making, Judge Lovett ! maintained the regulation provided by 1 congress "should require that the rates I be sufficient to enable the carriers to provide the requisite service and facilities. ; protect existing Investments and provide the new capital necessary in the public interest." as advocated by the committee i of railroad executives. |
