Show MISSION TRAINING CONFERENCE TO MEET SF.ABDCK, Wash., July 13. Repreaen-' Repreaen-' tatives of churches in Washington, California, Cali-fornia, Oregon and Idaho are expected to attend the sixth annual missionary training train-ing conference to be held here July 30 to August 8. The recently organized Inter-church World Movement is to conduct con-duct the conference. The Rev. John Cobb Worley, formerly Pacitic ' coast secretary for the missionary mission-ary educational movement and now associate asso-ciate secretary' of the Interchurch World Movement, will have general charge of the conference. Similar conferences are " to bo held in six other sections of the United States this summer. , Colonel Raymond Robins of Chicago ' will be one of the speakers at the Sea-beck Sea-beck conference. Other speakers will be Dr. Josiah Sibley, San Francisco; Dr. C C. Selecman, Los Angeles, and Dr. H. R. I,a(lamme, associate secretary of the Interchurch World Movement. COBDENZ, Saturday. July 12. (By the Associated Press:) The interallied Rhine- land commission, which is preparing to take over the command of the occupied areas from the allied armies as soon as the peace treaty is ratified by three of the. principal allied powers, it was said today, is determined not to deal wifh the government et Berlin, but with the existing exist-ing German administrative organizations i. on" the left bank of the Rhine. A move by Berlin to secure a voitie in the government of the Rhineland under ,. the commission met with a rebuff this week. |
