Show BIO ELECTION TO BE HELOJT RUPERT Idaho Town Plans Improvements Improve-ments Costing Many Thousands. Special to The Tribune. RUPERT, Idaho, July 13. A municipal munici-pal Improvement bond election has been called for July 15 to Vole on the question of paving twelve downtown blocks. The estimated cost will be about $100,000, of which amount tbe city's share will be $41 ,000. If the bonds carry, work will start August 1. At a joint meeting of directors of the Minidoka irrigation district and representative represen-tative farmers, it was decided to ask that the full flow of 1500 second-feet of water be kept in the main canal up to and including July 16, and then reduced to 900 second-feet. At this rate of flow the supply will last until the end of August. Au-gust. A new schedule of delivery is to he used in the event of rainfall or increase in-crease in the normal flow of the river.
