And upon the following terms, to wit: Cash, $5420; note for $1600, assuming mortgage of $6600, Bubject to paving tax and one-third taxes for 1919, subject to confirmation of the sale of this court, as appears from the return of sale filed in this court, has been net for hearing on Friday, the 19th day of September, A.
