Idaho, Sept. 11. Joseph W. Tanner was formally installed as secre-tarv secre-tarv of the Buhl Chamber of Commerce at a meeting held Tuesday evening. The Chamber of Commerce, under the direction of Secretary Tanner, has been reorganized and will be operated under the bureau plan. Eighteen departments will have charge of the work of the organization, or-ganization, which intends to identify itself strongly with all movements to further the interests of the farmers and business men of Buhl.
