Show NOTICE. To the Stockholders of The Paramount Amusement Company: You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the stockholders of The Paramount Para-mount Amusement Company will be held at the office of the company at No. 51 South Main street, In Salt Lake City, Utah, on Monday, September 29, 1919, at the hour of 4 o'clock p. in., for the purpose pur-pose of amending Articles VI, VII, X, XVII and XXI of the articles of incorporation incor-poration of said company by increasing t)ie capital stock of said company from $50,000 to J250.000 and increasing the number of shares thereof from 5000 to 25,000 and by giving authority to the Board of Directors of said company to sell and dispose of any and all treasury stock for money, property, services or anything else of value as in their Judgment Judg-ment will be for the best interests of the company and by reducing the number of directors of said company from five to three and by providing that more than one office may be held by the same person per-son and by providing that any two directors di-rectors may call a meeting of the board of said directors and by providing that the Beard of Directors may borrow money and invest the surplus capital of the company and providing further that the Board of Directors shall have the power and authority to sell, mortgage or otherwise other-wise dispose of all of the assets of the corporation without previous authorization or subsequent ratification of the stockholders stock-holders of said company.
