Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals pro-posals will be received at the office of the board of county commissioners, room No. 150 city and county building. Salt Lako City, Utah, according to plana on file in the office of the county surveyor, until 10 o'clock a. m.. August 25, 1919. Bids will be opened publicly at 11 o'clock a. m., August 25th, 1919, for the construction construc-tion of a reinforced concrete bridgo across Big Cottonwood creek on the Wasatch-Bonneville Wasatch-Bonneville boulevard, also tho grading of' an earth roadway on the Alpine scenic highway from the summit between Lamb's canyon and Mill Creek canyon in a northwesterly north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately ap-proximately four miles. Instructions to bidders, together with plans, specifications, form of contract and bond, may bo obtained at the office of the county surveyor, August 11th, lUly, on depositing five dollars (o.UdO. The board of county commissioners has, and hereby reserves, the right to reject tiny or all bids, or to accept any bid which the board deems beat, and waive minor defects.
