SOUTH MAIN BUILDING LEASE IS PURCHASED Daniel Alexander, M. R. Mendelson and Henry Schubach yesterday purchased the lease of Lipman Brothers, bakers and grocers, on the building at 265 South Main street, owned by the Judge company. Daniel W. Lipman, president of Lipman Brothers, said that groceries and equipment equip-ment of the company will be sold, and that it will devote its efforts solely to the wholesale bakery business. Anoth.-story Anoth.-story and much new- equipment will be Added to the company's bakery in the rear of the Salt Lake Hardware company, he said. Mr. Alexander said yesterday that negotiations ne-gotiations are pending for the establishment establish-ment of a store at 265 South Main street.
