Mr. Tallman could not make a definite engagement, but Indicated he probably would attend. ' When the senate committee on foreign V relations meets next Monday, Senator King thinks favorable action will be t taken on his resolution authorizing that ? cummiuon or a subcommittee to conduct a sweeping investigation Into conditions :t in Mexico as they affect American lives and American property.
