Show RECORDS OF PASSES FILED BY RAILROADS Statements from the railroad companies of the state as to the annual passes and other forms of free, transportation issued are now being filed with the public utilities utili-ties commission of Utah. The state law-permits, law-permits, but does not compel, issuance of tiasses to public officials in the performance per-formance of their duties. The law also permits the issuance of pusses to employees nnd to members of their familios. It requires that passes be issued to members of the public utilities commission of Utah and the employees of tho commission, and this has been interpreted inter-preted to include the attorney general of Utah and his assistants, who are ex officio of-ficio a itonicys for the commission.
