OCR Text	Show COAL CAR SHORTAGE SEEN BY RAILROADS Railroad officials fear a shortage in the number of coal cars available for use in eastern states during the coming winter, and all empty cars east of the Mississippi river are being ordered returned to the!r home routes, according to Julian M. Bamberger, Bam-berger, president of the Bamberger Electric Elec-tric railroad. Mr. Bamberger has returned home after attending the annual convention of master mas-ter mechanics and master car builders at Atlantic Citv, N. J.
