OCR Text	Show SURVEY IN PUMPING PROJECT ON TODAY The committee recently appointed by Davis county farmers to consider the feasibility of a pumping project on the Jordan river, comported of Harry 8. Joseph, Jo-seph, chairman; Fred T. Odell, secretary, and Fred Cleverly, met yesterday with G. A. Bailey, engineer of the Utah Light & Power company, and Fred Ktraim, representative rep-resentative of the interested Davis county coun-ty farmers, to go over the preliminary ' work. Mr. Straim will begin a survey of the two canal units this morning. A number of subcommittees were appointed ap-pointed to go Hito the detailed work of the project, with instructions to report to the investigating committee Julv 17.
