OCR Text	Show URGES MORE CARE ON PART OF1 CAMPERS OGDKiX, July 8. The Fourth district of the forest service has expended ? Jt'OO so V far this ve;ir in the figiit to check the spreaI of forest fires, according to the statement issued today by L. F. Kneipp, district forester. It was adeb-d that many fires are burning In the district which require the expenditure of hundreds of dollars daily to -fight them. Mr. Kneipp said that the fire situation is not improv ing, and added that the attention at-tention of the people visiting the forests should be called to the fact that the utmost ut-most care should be exercised with their camp fires and the throwing of matches into the dry weeds. A large per cent of the fires has been caused by campers' carelessness, he stated.
