He repbrts that the tJtah delegates dele-gates were shown every courtesy at the capital and given every opportunity to present their views on the impending legislation. He also states that the indications indi-cations are that the bill will be reported favorably to the house by the comm. ttee in the near future, and that prospects for its ultimate passage are bright. J. Leo 'Meehan, one of the Utah delegates, dele-gates, and Colonel Scrugham of Nevada, both of whom are connected with the American Legion, are working to get an official expression favoring the league from the soldiers' and sailors1 organization, organiza-tion, Mr. Hansen reports. |
