Show PRESTON, IDAHO PRESTON, Idaho, Aug. 3. Miss Mary HoR-an of Og-den, Utah, is here, visiting with friends and relatives. The Fourth ward Sunday school organization or-ganization gave a social in the Amusement Amuse-ment hall Wednesday evening, in honor of Elders Ephralm Swan and Baltzer Peterson, who have just returned from a mission in the northern states. Mr. and Mrs. Harley Greaves and Miss Ruth Carpenter have returned from Salt Lake City, where they had a delightful visit with relatives and friends. Mrs. Zina Pratt returned to her home in SaJt Lake City Wednesday, after spending spend-ing several days here with her sister, Mrs. W. K. Clark. Mrs. W. R- Clark entertained last Friday Fri-day evening at cards, in honor of her guest. Mrs. Zina Pratt. At 11 o'clock luncheon was served to the following: Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Jenson, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Pack, Mr. and Mrst Watkin Koe, Jr., Mrs. Zina Pratt and Charles Hernhart. Mrs. Louise Mower of Ogder. is here, spending a few yeeks with her daughter, Mrs. W. L. Roe, Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Phillip J. Evans spent a few days this week at Camp 3. Oneida Narrows, visiting with Mr. and Mrs. I. B. Evans. Mr. and Mrs. Guy Poulson of Rexburg are here, visiting with relatives and friends. Mrs. William Henderson was hostess to the C. F. club ladies Thursday afternoon. after-noon. A most delightful afternoon was spent. Mr. and Mrs. William Thorp and Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Wood arc spending a few weeks at Bear Lake. Mr. and Mrs. William Lohman and Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Hitchcock spent the week end camping in Bear River can von. Miss Bettie Scott and White Klmbell Just returned from an extended motor trip throufli Wyoming. |
