Show SOONER OR LATER You are joiner to realize that what we say about buying furs is true. It it's "sooner. " that is, before you buy, so much the better for you. it it's "later," that is, after it is too late, to much the worse for you, if you haven't taken to heart what we tell you. It isn't everyone who knows about furs. Real knowledge of furs must be gained through long years of experience experi-ence and study. A dealer might have every intention of being honest with you, yet he himself him-self might not really know. THE REASON FOR BUYING ' FURS NOW During our August Sale of Furs, is because the persons who buv and handle han-dle our furs have had these vears of experience; they are in a position to know, and they give you the benefit of what they know about furs. We buy pelts and have them made up. They are marked so they can be absolutely identified; we know whether they are natural or dyed. The reason there is so much dissatisfaction dissatis-faction in buying furs -is because so many dealers do not know these essential es-sential things themselves; thev are liable, lia-ble, unwittingly, to make untrue statements. .Not long ago a woman came to u tor advice about some furs she ha bought elsewhere. They had not provei satisfactory. She thought she was buv ing mink-and paid for mink. VThei we examined the furs we found the' were kolinsky, dyed. Doubtless thi dealer himself did not know the dif ferenee, but, if he didn't, the womai paid for his ignorance. What he says, what he guarantees and to know that he will live up tt every letter of the statements he makes, is essential when buying fur of a dealer. Walker Bros.
