Musical Arts Society Postpones Concerts By reason of the epidemic of influenza that has swept the entire country, the Musical Arts society of Salt Lake has been compelled to postpone the numerous numer-ous concert dates arranged with famous artists during this and coming months of the present season. Henri Scott, eminent baritone of the Metropolitan Opera company. New Tork. was to have appeared liere the latter part of the month under the auspices of the society. The engagement lias not been cancelled, but a rearrangement of Mr. Scott's dates is being made and the same plan will b: followed in the cases of the other artists who have been engaged by the Musical Arts organization o present programs in Salt L.ake. In spite of the handicap due to the "flu," the list of active members is growing slowly and the board of directors is optimistic as to the future.
