Show Coffee Futures. NEW YORK, Nov. 9. Trading in liquidation of old contracts which lias been in progress in the coffee futures market here during the past week, under the recent ruling of the food administratis ad-ministratis came to an end at nood today. As tho time limit set by the food administration expired ex-pired a t noon today, the market will not reopen re-open for trading in futures until further action ac-tion has been taken by Washington. Today's official cables showed a further advance of 400 rels in the Rio market. Santos spots were, not quoted, but futures were 25 reis lower to 250 reis higher. Buyers were reported in 1 lie local spot market with holders reluctant to sell pending pend-ing better information as to imports and quotations quo-tations were nominal at lOT'ec for Rio 7s and fUc for Santos 4s. |
