Holmes Now in Service. It has developed that Carl E. Holmes, who was certified by district draft board Xo. 2 as delinquent last week, and whose name appeared in a list of delinquents published in The Tribune about March 4, wn tra nsf erred to the jurisdiction of the draft board at Focalello on February and assigned to class A 1, thus being subject to the first cail. He received a telegram from his employers, the lnmhcrt Paper company, on March 5, for which firm he travels in Idaho, and was also advised by several Salt Kike fripnris of ihe publication of his name as being delinquent.
