PLAN TO RECLAIM BIG ALKALI TRACT Twelve thousand acres of land, east and south of Delta, which heretofore have been comparatively unproductive because of being waterlogged and covered with alkali, will be brought under cultivation this spring or prepared lor cultivation next year, if plans now being considered by the farmers of that section can be consummated without delay. R. A. Hart, senior drainage engineer of the local federal fed-eral oftlce, returned from Delta yesterday, yester-day, after having formed a tentative organization or-ganization among the farmers.
