The plaintiff, the Fro o Reservoir com-panv, com-panv, objected to any delay or reopenin.s of the case, and some of the defendants also objected. The matter of reopening of the case for additional testimony and demonstration was not ruled on. as not beinr before the court, but Juage Morse stated that he would srive additional time , to secure a transcript of the testimony, and April Z$ was set for that purpose. !
